Description

Model PRP/DZM/ESP is a Dual Zone Monitor designed to allow conventional detectors to be interfaced to an analogue addressable system. The unit will allow connection of up to sixty conventional detectors, which are fully monitored for open and short circuit, a open collector output is provided but will only operate if supported by the Control Panel.
Full monitoring against malfunction or disconnection, together with a self test feature through the ESP protocol, ensure the integrity of the PRP/DZM/ESP at all times. The PRP/DZM/ESP utilizes simple DIL switches for reliable addressing and it is available unboxed (as illustrated above) however a separate IP67 rated enclosure is available.
The conventional zone on the PRP/DZM/ESP does not support any line continuity options, therefore if Call Points are being interfaced they should be wired at the beginning of the zone.
